Reserve The Mesa Community Center for Your Event

The maximum capacity of both buildings of the Mesa Community Center is 471 people. Your rental fee includes tables, chairs, use of a full commercial kitchen, outdoor restrooms (available seasonally) and indoor restrooms complete with showers, a gazebo for outdoor grilling or bandstand, playground, extra rooms (should your bridal party need to change clothes), basketball & plenty of property to spread out, as well as fabulous views of The Grand Mesa.

Entire Campus $2350
Main MCC Building $1200 Historic Gym $1000 Main Gym only $400 Kitchen only $350 Library only $200 Prices listed reflect rental fee plus cleaning charge. Security deposit equal to the price of your rental fee is required. Discounted rates apply for Public Improvement District (PID) Residents Ready to book your event?

MCC Policies
PID Members (Residents living within the Public Improvement District of the Mesa Community Center) are entitled to discounted rates and may inquire regarding those rates because they already pay taxes to support the building.
An additional deposit will be required if you wish to have alcohol at your event. Cancellation Policy: If an event must be cancelled, the Use License fee will be refunded under the following formula:
